• 1. Your sound is a mixture of a lot different styles I heard you do gangsta rap as well as do different kinda of reggae what genre would you categorize your music as?

Well i would say my sound ( #GrittyMusic ) is a Lil bit of everyThing , feel me …my mom is Jamaican soo i always had the reggae in me , The gangsta sound comes from me being in the street …things i experienced , went thru , did , or people that I know did …I’m just a just a fan of music  period ,  #NewyOrkerForeaL

• 2. I see your real big on YouTube everything you put out has a good amount  of views as well as responses from fans how does that make you feel?

 yeah …My 1st Video  “I’m Gunnin” Did Good soo I was jus like F*ck it ima keep goin n see if I can keep getting the same feedback or better…it Makes me feel Like people can relate to me …& people like what they’re hearing …that’s wassup ! i Like that.

• 3. When did the new mixtape drop?

 The mixtape dropped on the 17th , it’s on Datpiff right now ! i got like 500 downloads the first week …lol.

• 4. How do you keep yourself relevant as far as your buzz?

 I just stay original , stay with my own style …not try to be like everyone else …I’m always on social networks Facebook , Instagram & twitter @slimmy2fly …I’m cooler in person tho.

• 5. How often do you record because you are constantly updating your YouTube Channel?

 i record when i Can go to the studio & Lay down a good amount of tracks …until then i just be scheming , thinking , plotting , brainstorming.

• 6. What are you trying to do differently with your music in 2014?

My music always been the same i don’t think i wanna change how i sound …i just wanna sound better & keep getting better.

• 7. Tell me a little about your movement & Team?

 2FLYCITY ! That’s the team & the Movement , it’s just me & my bros that always been here since day one , we always been locally known ,throwing parties , basketball games n stuff like that , i just started RAPPIN i wasn’t serious about it tho …when i started to take it serious I just wanted them to be apart of it & it just went from there …oh & we also have a clothing line UNIVERSITY OF SUCCESS CLOTHING.

• 8.  Are you working to get a record deal or plan on going the indie route?

i been indie for da past couple of years soo I’m used to it …a deal wouldn’t be bad at all tho !  lol.

• 9. What keeps you motivated to make music & keep writing seeing as how you aren’t reaping the benefits right away?

My Life motivates me my brother motivates me , everybody in my neighborhood got faith in me ..i just like making music that can make the people around me have something to feel good about as well as other listeners.

• 10.  How did you come up with the Skinniest Nigga In Charge (S.N.IC) title?

 I’m obviously a  skinny mf lol …i Like being skinny tho & i feel Like i make skinny N*ggas look good ..skinny niggas are in charge !
